Comprehensive Adult Myo Program

Description

Breathworks Myofunctional Therapy’s comprehensive myo program includes an individualized treatment plan with (20) 30-minute one-on-one virtual therapy sessions within a 12-month period. This program expands upon the Basic to include breathing re-education and sleep hygiene, and addresses more complex cases.  You’ll be given instructions to develop consistent, precise production of the correct functions and the ability to self-monitor and self-correct to habituate correct functions for lasting results. An Advanced Myo Kit is included.
